By using Fantasy Optima you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Fantasy Optima provides statistical and predictive analysis tools for the Fantasy Premier League game, including expected-points predictions, lineup optimization, transfer planning and chip strategy.

The service is currently in BETA. During the beta all Premium features are offered for free until 31 October 2026.

The predictions and suggestions provided are based on statistical models and historical data. We do not guarantee any sporting result or ranking. Final decisions about your team always remain yours.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must provide truthful information at registration and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise its security, not to perform mass scraping or reverse engineering, and not to resell access without our authorization.

At the end of the beta, the Premium plan will cost €9.99 per month for each connected team. Any subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled. During the beta no payment is required.

All content, models, software and the Fantasy Optima brand are our property or licensed to us. You acquire no rights to them other than the right to use the service under these terms.

Fantasy Optima is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, Fantasy Optima is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

We may update these terms over time. Substantial changes will be communicated via the site or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, where applicable.
