Fantasy Optima ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected through fantasyoptima.com and the app at app.fantasyoptima.com. You can contact us any time at support@fantasyoptima.com.

Account data: username, email address and password (stored only in hashed form via bcrypt).

FPL data: your public Fantasy Premier League Team ID and the associated public statistics, needed to provide the analysis.

Usage data: basic technical information (logs, device type, pages visited) to ensure security and operation of the service.

Communications: the messages you send us through the contact form.

We process your data to: deliver the requested service and analysis (performance of the contract); ensure security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest); send you service communications such as password reset (performance of the contract); respond to your support requests (legitimate interest).

We keep your account data for as long as the account is active. You can request deletion at any time; we will then delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We rely on providers that process it on our behalf, including: Neon (database), Vercel (hosting) and SendGrid (transactional email). These providers act as processors and are bound by appropriate safeguards.

We use an essential technical cookie to keep your authentication session, and a preference cookie to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to us at support@fantasyoptima.com.

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures, including password hashing, encrypted connections (TLS) and restricted data access, to protect your information.

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors below that age.
